Regulatory Approval

The Regulatory process required to approve a pharmacoscintigraphic study is straightforward. Studies are approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and independent ethics committees; and blanket approval for a wide range of pharmacoscintigraphic studies has been granted by the Administration of Radioactive Substances Advisory Committee (ARSAC). Typical Regulatory approval times are 15 days or less.
