Gyrolab
Quotient Bioresearch was the first GxP accredited contract laboratory to offer the high sensitivity, low sample volume protein quantification technology Gyrolab®.
Gyrolab® is an automated analyser using nanolitre scale samples, using a flow-through immunoassay provided in a CD format. This technology means high sample throughput - each hour-long run can provide up to 112 data points for analysis - and the accuracy and reproducibility of a fully automated assay.
The Gyrolab® system is based on well-established and tested sandwich immunoassay principles and can quantify any protein providing suitable binding pairs are available. The system also offers high sensitivity (ng/mL) and tolerance of high matrix concentrations.
